Description
Make a set of placemats for any occasion using fabrics of your choice and ByAnnie’s Soft and Stable™.
A modified quilt-as-you-go technique and foldover self binding make assembly quick and easy.
Soft and Stable™ is a superior alternative to batting for bags, purses, and home dec items such as placemats — any project for which you want a soft feel combined with great body and stability.
Using Soft and Stable™ in place of batting makes beautiful, sturdy placemats that are extra easy to make and that will wear beautifully.
Note from Annie:
You’ll love how quickly and easily these placemats go together — and how nice they look when washed repeatedly.
One Project Pack or one half-yard package of Soft and Stable will make four placemats.
A one-yard package of Soft and Stable will make eight placemats.
